St. Mary and St. Moses Coptic Orthodox Church of Buffalo

St. Mary and St. Moses Coptic Orthodox Church is the official Coptic Orthodox Church of the Buffalo area.

Our church was bought in the year 2003 and was consecrated on July 3rd of that year. With very few Coptic Orthodox families in the greater Buffalo area, the church congregation was somewhat small. However, with the grace of our Lord, it has grown more and more, and through blessing after blessing continues to grow.

In the physical church building, we are blessed with a consecrated church (consecrated to St. Mary and St. Moses the Black), a chapel (consecrated to the Archangel Michael and St. Abraam), sunday school rooms (included in the renovation projects), a retreat hall with a 60-person capacity, a playroom and gameroom, a kitchen, and a cafeteria.

We are also blessed with the prayer of the Divine Liturgy every Saturday morning as well as Tasbeha every friday night (see our schedule).
